Fluid Dynamics Test Capability

We have a range of capabilities to test fluid dynamics, such as backpressure and flow induced noise, and transmission and insertion loss.

Back pressure and flow induced noise

To isolate the device under test from external effects, these measurements are performed in our own semi-anechoic room. We have a wealth of experience in testing individual components such as catalysts and filters, though to the complete systems. We undertake work for major component suppliers and leading OEM’s.

Technical specification
Pressure gauges for flow measurement 0-2500 +/- 1 Pa
Pressure gauges for back pressure measurement 0-50000 +/- 5 Pa
