We are looking for an Applications Technician to join our current team. The position will involve working with customers internal and external in the design, development, fitment and testing of the Eminox product range. The role will be suited to a time served, conscientious car or commercial vehicle technician who has an eye for detail and who wishes to enhance their skills, knowledge and career ambitions in a dynamic forward thinking business. The post although based in Lincolnshire, will demand extensive UK travel which is fully expensed. The successful candidate will need to display an in depth knowledge of modern vehicle electrical, air and fuel systems, as well as having previous experience with vehicles at Euro 4,5 and 6 emission standards. All this will need to be coupled with the ability to operate under your own initiative with minimal supervision.
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to join our current team. The Principal Engineer is a key engineering role providing technical expertise to a number of business areas. The successful applicant will have a strong technical understanding of various engineering disciplines enabling them to support the test, development, simulation and project engineering teams. This position will ideally suit an individual who is able to work in a matrix organisation, is comfortable managing conflicting demands and is confident working with external customers.
The Clean Vehicle Retrofit Accreditation Scheme has been launched to provide a national certification for retrofit emissions reduction technology. Retrofitting with approved technologies such as Eminox SCRT, will allow vehicles to meet strict new requirements from the London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and Clean Air Zones (CAZ).
The headline news in the UK air quality plan, published on 26 June 2017, was the intention to stop sales of new petrol and diesel cars and vans from 2040, but what can be done to improve air quality now? The government has now published its draft Air Quality Plan, outlining how it will tackle air pollution, particularly nitrogen dioxide, in our towns and cities. The draft plan is for consultation, with the final plan due for publication by 31 July.

The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) is calling on bus operators to take faster action on updating their fleets, as new figures show upgrading London’s buses with Euro VI vehicles could cut NOx emissions produced by buses in the capital by up to 75%.
