Eminox has opened its first Customer Service Centre in Germany just outside Cologne near the autobahn and airport.
We have been active in the German market for over 20 years, supplying major OEM's with exhaust systems and diesel particulate filters. During the last 2 years we have been supplying the German retrofit truck market with particulate filters that allow truck operators to gain green stickers for entry to E-Zones and allowing them to pay less Autobahn Maut tolls.
The Service Centre offers advanced filter cleaning using the patented new Xpurge® technology, which sets new standards in bringing DPF's back to an "as new" condition. Service exchange packages are on offer. It is a base from which sales of the Eminox CRT (Continuously Regenerating Trap) and SCRT, particulate and NOx reducing systems, can be promoted to both original equipment and retrofit customers. After-sales support, technical enquiries and a spare parts service will all also form part of the improved service. A fully supported computer information system will provide quick answers to customers on stock availability and the progress of their orders. A large stock of spares are available for same day delivery on many items.
