Our experience of integrating catalyst and filter technologies, including DPFs (Diesel Particulate Filters), SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and SCR on filter, is combined with our thermal management, control system, urea mixing optimisation and noise attenuation capabilities. We are already developing solutions for key OEM's to meet Stage V requirements from 2019.
Pipe assemblies are designed and manufactured to provide a complete turbo to tailpipe solution alongside our emissions systems or incorporating silencers for lesser regulated markets. We also offer spark arrestors for applications used in hazardous environments
Our product development engineers have vast experience and knowledge on a broad array of diesel and gas engines used for trucks, buses, construction equipment, marine and power generation. This enables us to provide a leading edge solution for our customers’ requirements.
Our engineers design and develop exhaust systems from concept through to the finished product using CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools such as computational fluid dynamics, finite element analysis and advanced engineering acoustics packages together with transient testing whilst embracing APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) throughout the product life cycle.
We use cross functional teams to facilitate the rapid prototyping that is necessary for early product development, verification and validation. Design For Manufacture (DFM) is used to develop a no faults forward philosophy to design quality into our products to ensure conformity of production to end of product life.
