To offer our customers an improved service, particularly with the new phases of the London LEZ being implemented in January 2012, we have relocated to a new Customer Service Centre just outside the London LEZ, only 6 miles from Heathrow. 

Our new facility is the largest of its kind in the UK and offers:

• An LEZ team who will be able to give you specialist advice on upgrading your vehicles to meet the London 2012 LEZ requirements.
• Fully trained experienced technical support team specialising in emission control technologies based on site.
• Five large fitting bays suitable for all vehicle types.
• A team of fully trained, highly experienced fitting technicians.
• Ability to install from 16 to 48 systems per day onsite.
• A team of quick response mobile technicians that can provide a rapid VOR service.
• Specialist fabrication facilities.
• Large stock of spare parts available for same day delivery on many items.
• Extensive filter servicing facilities, offering the new patented Xpurge^® and Veritex^® filter cleaning and inspection processes.
