Due to significant success in the award on new business for the London Ultra Low Emission Zone, Clean Air Zones and new product launches, a vacancy has arisen to work in a growing team in a support role for aftersales and customer support within the Retrofit division. You will work for a market leader in emissions reduction technology, and be involved in supporting work for the retrofit aftersales and service function. Your work will include, managing and liaising with departments to ensure product required, for service maintenance and campaign work is progressed. You will provide additional administration support in maintaining Fleet records within the business system, and handling call outs.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling warranty and campaign work, order and progress parts
• Support scheduling of servicing work
• Answer frontline  phones from current customers
• Order parts for none routine/breakdown work
• Ensure data from field is correctly identified and filed
• Maintain technician diaries
• Maintain van stocks for direct and contract technicians
• Raise RMA load quality concerns
• Collate service and repair call out data
• Check timesheets
• Develop and improve processes in collaboration with other departments and businesses
• Liaise with Filter cleaning companies, and logistic partners to ensure service filters are collected
• Support when required applications and retrofit projects
• Load aftersales orders

Qualifications:
• A good level of general education to GCSE grade C (or equivalent) or above in Maths and English
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration

Previous Experience:
• Experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of a Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Experience in scheduling and maintaining work records
• Experience working in manufacturing or engineering environment
• Vehicle customer support and warranty management is advantageous

• Self-driven individual with ability to manage own work loads and time
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing business priorities
